Job Summary
Responsible for shaping and scaling employee relations and compliance programs, the full-time remote Vice President of Employee Relations will lead enterprise strategies, manage workplace investigations, and partner with executive leadership to foster a positive organizational culture.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise-wide employee relations strategy and serve as a senior advisor for complex employee matters
- Provide strategic oversight of compliance programs and ensure readiness for evolving employment regulations
- Build and develop a high-performing Employee Relations and Compliance team to support organizational growth
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, or related field preferred
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Employee Relations, Employment Compliance, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated success leading employee relations and compliance functions in large organizations
- Significant experience managing workplace investigations and advising on high-risk employee matters
- Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulatory requirements
