- Design and implement talent and leadership development programs to prepare employees for an AI-driven future
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within global technology organizations
- Experience with executive-level business partnering in organizations with 600+ employees
- Proven track record in workforce transformation and change management initiatives
- Global experience managing sensitive employee relations matters, with knowledge of employment law in EMEA and US/Canada
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making and measuring program effectiveness
