Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion a strong, inclusive, and high-performance company culture aligned with business goals
  • Lead a team of HR Business Partners to ensure alignment between business objectives and people strategies
  • Design and implement talent and leadership development programs to prepare employees for an AI-driven future
Required Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience within global technology organizations
  • Experience with executive-level business partnering in organizations with 600+ employees
  • Proven track record in workforce transformation and change management initiatives
  • Global experience managing sensitive employee relations matters, with knowledge of employment law in EMEA and US/Canada
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making and measuring program effectiveness
