Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Employer Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employer acquisition, activation, retention, and lifecycle management across all programs and products
• Build and execute scalable strategies to grow and retain the employer network while ensuring project quality
• Lead and mentor a high-performing growth and engagement team focused on data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketplace management, ideally in a talent-focused marketplace
• Proven success in leading acquisition and retention strategies for two-sided marketplaces
• Highly data-driven with experience in leveraging AI or automation for marketplace outcomes
• Strong grasp of product marketing, growth experimentation, and employer lifecycle optimization
• Experience in cross-functional leadership and collaboration across various teams
