Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Employer Sales to lead strategic growth across a high-value territory focused on large enterprise employers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute a territory strategy focused on large, self-insured employers to drive significant net-new revenue growth
  • Build, develop, and manage a high-quality pipeline through strategic outbound, broker/consultant partnerships, and executive networking
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through deal structuring, negotiation, and close
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience selling healthcare, digital health, or benefits solutions to large, self-insured employers (15K+ lives)
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota in complex, enterprise sales environments
  • Deep relationships and credibility within the employer benefits ecosystem, including brokers and consultants
  • Executive presence with the ability to engage and influence at the C-suite level
  • Highly autonomous and driven, comfortable owning a large territory with significant revenue responsibility
