Job Summary

Serving as the chief legal strategist for all workforce, labor, and employment matters worldwide, the full-time remote Vice President of Employment Law will define and drive the global strategy for the employment law function, ensuring compliance and mitigating enterprise risk as the business scales.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead IPO readiness and public governance by designing and fortifying global workforce practices to meet regulatory requirements
  • Evolve the employment law function into a mature corporate asset through strategic scaling and implementation of legal operational frameworks
  • Advise the Executive Leadership Team on high-stakes risk management and global employment strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Required qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with an active license to practice law
  • 12+ years of legal experience specializing in employment law, with significant leadership experience in a corporate environment or international law firm
  • Proven track record in designing and scaling cross-border legal frameworks with expertise in US multi-state compliance
  • Experience managing and developing senior legal talent across multiple jurisdictions
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex legal frameworks and deliver actionable guidance
