Vice President of Endpoint Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a globally distributed engineering organization, the full-time Vice President of Endpoint Platform Engineering will drive the vision, architecture, and operational excellence of the Endpoint Platform, focusing on innovation in endpoint protection and AI-driven security operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define the long-term engineering strategy and technology roadmap for the Endpoint Platform
• Lead global software engineering, platform engineering, quality engineering, and site reliability teams
• Drive innovation across EDR, XDR, endpoint telemetry, behavioral analytics, and AI-assisted security

Required qualifications

• 20+ years of software engineering experience with at least 10 years in executive engineering leadership
• Experience leading globally distributed engineering organizations of 150+ employees
• Deep expertise in endpoint security, EDR/XDR, cloud-native architectures, and high-scale telemetry platforms
• Experience embedding AI/ML into enterprise software products
• Demonstrated success building engineering organizations through periods of rapid growth and transformation
