• Provide strategic oversight and accountability for Engagement programs and team performance

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a nonprofit or membership-based organization, including 10+ years in a leadership role
• Strong skills in professional relationship and community building
• Demonstrated expertise in business strategy and financial management
• Broad knowledge of green building, CSR, and DEI issues
• Experience with movement-building tactics and strong industry connections
