Vice President of Engagement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Engagement / Member Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise consumer engagement and lifecycle strategy
• Own core engagement KPIs and establish clear attribution models linking engagement behaviors to outcomes
• Build and lead a high-performing consumer engagement and performance marketing organization

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years leading consumer digital engagement or performance marketing functions in healthcare or regulated industries
• Proven ownership of activation, retention, and utilization KPIs in a data-driven environment
• Strong understanding of healthcare data ecosystems, including clinical and behavioral signals
• Experience integrating engagement strategies with clinical or healthcare decision workflows
• Demonstrated success building experimentation frameworks and optimization cultures
