Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and operate the Engineering Center of Excellence, including engineering, operations, and project management
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance delivery practices and R&D efficiency
• Lead product strategy and collaborate with various business lines to maintain product roadmaps

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering or related fields
• 10+ years of experience as a people leader in progressively senior positions
• 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role (Director or higher)
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles and system design
• Extensive experience managing outsourced or remote development teams
