Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and operate the Engineering Center of Excellence, including engineering, security operations, QA, and project management
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance delivery practices and improve R&D efficiency
• Manage product strategy and roadmaps across multiple business lines

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering or related fields
• 10+ years of experience in leadership roles, with 5+ years at a senior level (Director or higher)
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles and system design
• Expertise in multiple programming languages and development frameworks
• Experience managing outsourced or remote development teams and product development lifecycles
