Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support cross-functional engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Define and implement an engineering strategy aligned with company goals and product roadmap
• Oversee the architecture, design, development, and deployment of scalable and compliant software solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience in the healthcare technology sector, with knowledge of compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and HITRUST
• Proven experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams of 50+ members
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
