Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and operate the Engineering Center of Excellence, including various engineering and operations functions
• Build and execute strategies for expanding the use of the Center of Excellence across the business
• Own the product strategy motion and maintain roadmaps for each product line

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering or related fields
• 10+ years of experience as a people leader in progressively senior positions
• 5+ years of experience as a senior level leader (Director or higher)
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles, architecture, and system design
• Experience in managing outsourced or remote development teams
