Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse team of software engineers, fostering a culture of growth and improvement
• Own, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap while managing key partnerships
• Gather and define product requirements, translating them into technical specifications and ensuring high standards in code quality

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading product-oriented engineering teams
• Experience with UI technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and GraphQL
• Experience with SQL, database concepts, backend distributed systems, and big data
• Preferred experience in a founder or early-stage startup environment, and in AdTech
