Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years in engineering leadership roles at SaaS, marketplace, or platform companies
• Strong development background with hands-on engineering experience
• Proven experience leading high-performing engineering organizations ideally with 20 to 100+ engineers
• Expertise in building strong engineering management layers and fostering talent development
• Strong instincts for systems thinking, structure, and process
