Vice President of Engineering
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall software development process for both on-premise and SaaS offerings
- Drive adoption and revenue for Voice IVA / IVR while ensuring exceptional customer experience
- Lead a geographically diverse product engineering team and drive innovation and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10 years of progressive management and leadership experience with 15 years of overall engineering experience
- Experience with agile development methodologies and Conversational AI products
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Kafka, and AI technologies
- Proven track record of managing distributed teams and delivering large engineering projects on time
