Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering to lead and manage its engineering team while contributing to software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, including mentoring and scaling when necessary
• Develop and execute technical strategy, aligning the roadmap and architecture with business objectives
• Establish engineering processes and standards for software development, testing, and deployment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in building enterprise software and coding
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience with cloud software
• Experience leading and growing a technical team, preferably in a remote setting
• Prior experience in a start-up environment and interest in digital assets and cryptocurrencies
