Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing engineering organization focused on CRM and donor management solutions
• Drive technical execution of platform modernization initiatives and contribute to the AI-native product strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver high-quality software and establish technical roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record of building and leading engineering teams of 30+ engineers
• Experience with CRM platforms, SaaS applications, and understanding of data privacy and security requirements
• Strong background in AI/ML product development and implementing AI-powered development tools
• Technical expertise across modern web technologies and AWS cloud infrastructure
