Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering to lead and grow its software engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term engineering vision and roadmap in alignment with company goals
• Attract, mentor, and retain top engineering talent while fostering a strong, inclusive culture
• Implement Agile and DevSecOps practices to drive efficient and reliable software delivery

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams at scale, preferably in a SaaS, B2B, and B2C environment
• Strong background in modern software development practices and cloud infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a cross-functional environment
• Deep belief in the power of learning organizations with a track record of growing people and processes
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
