Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive technical strategy, system architecture, and long-term scalability of the ML platform
• Establish robust MLOps practices and foster a high-performing, inclusive engineering culture

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of building and scaling ML infrastructure and engineering teams
• Hands-on experience deploying ML/AI systems at scale with strong Python expertise
• Familiarity with LLMs, agentic AI, and MLOps tooling
• Experience in venture-backed startups or high-growth environments
