Key Responsibilities

• Lead large, globally distributed engineering teams responsible for cloud-first data solutions
• Drive the adoption of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and agile development methodologies
• Champion platform modernization and evolve architecture to support advanced data formats and AI/ML integration

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering leadership experience in data infrastructure or large-scale distributed systems
• 3+ years in a VP or equivalent role managing global engineering teams
• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Proven success in cloud-native platform development and modern data architecture
• Experience in enterprise software delivery with a focus on performance and scalability
