Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in engineering leadership
• Experience leading engineering teams of 20-50+ engineers
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and with quality
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a similar field
• Strong technical foundation with knowledge of modern software architecture and distributed systems
