Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Engineering to lead its software development organization and drive digital platform strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach engineering leaders to enhance their skills and foster a high-performance culture
• Define the technical vision and roadmap for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Oversee the delivery of engineering initiatives and establish standards for architecture and system reliability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of progressive experience in software development
• 5+ years in a senior engineering leadership role managing teams of 20+ engineers
• Deep understanding of the MarTech landscape and experience with customer-facing websites and apps
• Exceptional program and project management skills, with familiarity in cloud infrastructure
