Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering management experience with 5+ years in multi-team R&D leadership
• Experience managing multiple product lines in a SaaS environment
• Deep knowledge of Agile development methodologies and enterprise product development
• Hands-on experience in cloud-native application development, preferably AWS
• Proven success in driving innovation and R&D transformation in high-growth settings
