Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy and execution for six enterprise software products
• Develop engineering plans and standardize best practices across product teams
• Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team while ensuring accountability for product outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering management experience, with 5+ years in multi-team R&D leadership within SaaS companies
• Strong experience managing multiple product lines in a mid-market or scaled SaaS environment
• Deep knowledge of Agile development methodologies and enterprise product development best practices
• Hands-on technical background in cloud-native application development and modern software architecture
• Experience leading globally remote engineering teams
