Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering, Process Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a unified engineering strategy for a diverse product portfolio
• Lead modernization of cloud and hybrid architectures while ensuring high-quality delivery of functionalities
• Build and manage a KPI-driven engineering organization focused on productivity and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of engineering leadership experience, with at least 5 years at the senior/director/VP level
• Experience in process manufacturing or regulated environments preferred
• Deep cloud expertise in AWS and Azure, including modernizing legacy systems
• Proven ability to integrate AI/ML technologies into commercial products
• Strong track record of building KPI-driven engineering cultures
