• Own the strategy and delivery of the AI-driven search engine, scaling it across multiple publishers
• Set the technical vision and architecture for the search platform, translating goals into a clear roadmap
• Lead and scale a high-performing engineering organization across various technical domains

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building and leading engineering teams
• Experience designing and building general-purpose search or retrieval systems at scale
• Strong background in AI and modern search methodologies
• Deep understanding of search system architecture and relevance evaluation
• Experience with Python, SQL, Docker, and microservices
