Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering to lead its engineering organization and drive technical execution across all delivery streams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all engineering delivery lines and development teams, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
• Build and mentor a strong leadership team while creating a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
• Manage technical debt and resolve escalations to minimize production incidents and improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in engineering leadership
• Experience leading engineering teams of 20+ engineers across multiple teams
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and with quality
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong technical foundation with familiarity in backend/distributed systems and modern software architecture
