Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering to lead the engineering organization and ensure the delivery of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CTO to operationalize the technical vision and align engineering execution with company objectives
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering organization, focusing on talent strategy and fostering a culture of excellence
• Oversee engineering delivery, ensuring adherence to technical standards and driving the adoption of modern development tools

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of software engineering experience with progressive leadership responsibility
• 7+ years in senior engineering leadership roles, with experience in health-tech or SaaS platforms
• Strong technical foundation across modern backend technologies and cloud infrastructure
• Deep experience with Agile methodologies and building high-performing teams
