Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Engineering to lead their engineering organization and manage the full lifecycle of mobile products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the engineering strategy and execution for mobile and backend platforms
• Lead and mentor teams developing native iOS and Android applications
• Ensure successful delivery of mobile apps from concept through launch and iterations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading engineering teams of 10 or more
• Proven experience in native mobile development on iOS and Android
• Strong hands-on experience with Swift, Kotlin, Python, and PostgreSQL
• Prior experience as a CTO, VP Engineering, or VP R&D in a startup
• Deep understanding of mobile app architecture and performance optimization
