Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the engineering roadmap and delivery for critical product areas including Threat Center, Automation, Search, Outcomes Navigator, and Product Quality
• Lead and develop a globally distributed team of engineers, fostering a customer-obsessed engineering culture
• Ensure strong technical direction and organizational health, facilitating collaboration and maintaining team morale during growth

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in SaaS or platform organizations, with 5+ years managing teams of 50+ across multiple product areas
• Proven experience in building team cultures that attract and retain top talent
• Track record of trust-based leadership and navigating organizational change
• Experience leading global distributed teams and understanding the dynamics of remote collaboration
• Strong understanding of SaaS platform operations, including release cadences and incident management
