Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering to shape the technical vision and execution of their engineering department.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technical roadmap aligned with strategic goals
• Lead and manage diverse engineering teams to deliver scalable and secure software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technical capabilities with product vision and user experience

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in engineering leadership, with at least 8 years managing large teams
• Experience with modern engineering practices, including cloud infrastructure and microservices
• Proven track record of building consumer-facing products, particularly on mobile platforms
• Strong technical foundation in full-stack development, including JavaScript frameworks
• Experience in E-Commerce, FinTech, or Payments preferred
