Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of engineers to build and support the software application
• Prioritize and execute on the technical backlog while ensuring high-quality software delivery
• Lead security and IT efforts, maintaining SOC2 compliance and supporting EHR interoperability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Engineering leadership, preferably in a healthcare startup
• Experience with cloud-hosted, microservice architectures
• Strong security mindset with application development and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with modern development practices, including CI/CD and automated testing
• Recent experience as an individual contributor with a hands-on approach
