Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering organization, defining and executing technical strategies
• Oversee development and delivery of capabilities across various platforms, ensuring reliability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consistency and support outcomes-driven care

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field
• 15+ years of engineering and technology leadership experience, including Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience leading organizations of 50+ engineers and shipping large-scale consumer or enterprise products
• Deep technical background in mobile engineering, web platforms, cloud architecture, and CI/CD practices
• Ability to manage and scale hybrid onshore/offshore engineering models
