Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering to oversee their fundraising product and payments systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing engineering organization for fundraising tools and payment processing systems
• Drive technical execution across the fundraising platform and payments services, ensuring reliability and rapid feature delivery
• Contribute to and execute the AI-native product strategy, fostering innovation in fundraising capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with at least 10 years in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record of building and leading engineering teams of 30+ engineers
• Experience with payment processing systems and familiarity with PCI-DSS compliance
• Technical expertise across PHP, .NET Core, React, and AWS cloud infrastructure
• Experience managing complex technical integrations and production systems
