Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the SVP, Technology, to define and execute the multi-year engineering strategy
• Lead engineering across multiple technology ecosystems, ensuring alignment and driving cross-functional programs
• Establish and maintain the measurement infrastructure for AI ROI and report findings to the executive team

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including 4 years in engineering leadership
• Experience leading engineering organizations across multiple technology platforms or product lines
• Background in B2B SaaS environments with enterprise clients preferred
• Four-year college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Senior-level fluency in at least two of the core technology ecosystems: .NET/C#/SQL Server, TypeScript/React/Node.js, or ColdFusion
