Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Engineering to lead a new product engineering organization focused on rapidly bringing new products to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering efforts to develop and launch new products from concept to implementation
• Build and scale teams, processes, and architecture for successful product traction
• Embed AI into engineering practices to enhance efficiency and accelerate product delivery

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering and leadership experience, managing large engineering teams
• Proven experience in building and launching new products in greenfield environments
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and driving AI adoption in engineering teams
• Deep understanding of cloud-native technologies and software supply chain security
• Experience in structuring teams for autonomy and speed in early-stage product environments
