Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Engineering, responsible for managing the engineering team and collaborating with the CEO and CTO on company strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering process and delivery, ensuring alignment with product priorities and timelines
• Manage engineering and QA teams, focusing on performance, growth, and team culture
• Collaborate with the CTO to maintain operational excellence and triage technical escalations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack experience, preferably with Angular, PHP, PostgreSQL, Node.js, and Docker
• Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team performance and talent management
• Ability to bridge business priorities and technical realities effectively
• Strong understanding of engineering processes and delivery improvements
