Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high performing engineering organization of 40-60 engineers, with plans to grow the team to up to 100
• Own engineering strategy, architecture, and long-term technical roadmap
• Drive architectural decisions for high availability, transaction-intensive systems

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and scaling large engineering organizations (40+ engineers)
• Background in hospitality technology, restaurant platforms, payments, or other high-volume transactional systems
• Strong expertise in architecture, distributed systems, and scalable cloud platforms
• Experience in a startup environment
• Experience in the hospitality industry
