Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for a multi-country engineering organization, fostering a unified culture across time zones
• Design and manage a multi-level management structure, mentoring Directors and Engineering Managers for high-quality delivery
• Own and scale the hiring process, ensuring the recruitment of top software engineers aligned with modern development practices

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Demonstrated success in building and operating high-performing distributed engineering teams
• Deep experience managing engineering hubs in India and Latin America
• Extensive experience building software for large enterprises with configuration through professional services
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
