Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, particularly in SaaS or cloud-native organizations
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and cloud architecture
• Experience with AI/ML systems and strategic alignment of technology with business outcomes
