Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a productive engineering organization while defining and executing technical strategies
• Oversee the development and delivery of capabilities across various platforms ensuring reliability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consistency and build strong relationships for outcomes-driven care

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field
• 15+ years of engineering and technology leadership experience, including Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience leading teams of 50+ engineers and shipping large-scale consumer and/or enterprise products
• Deep technical background in mobile engineering, web platforms, cloud architecture, and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to manage hybrid onshore/offshore engineering models and drive operational excellence
