Job Summary

Vice President of Engineering is a full-time leadership role responsible for driving the technology strategy and execution of digital and connected product initiatives for Power Tools, focusing on innovation and cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of digital and connected product initiatives in Power Tools
• Manage a global team to design, build, and maintain software and IoT hardware for cloud services
• Collaborate with product leadership to implement strategic plans that enhance user needs and product performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Engineering, Mathematics or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in developing digital product visions and roadmaps for the construction industry
• Experience with AWS IoT Core, Azure, or Google Cloud for connected product development
• Strong knowledge of data security and integrity in digital connected products
• 15+ years of relevant experience managing cross-functional teams in a global environment
