Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

In a full-time salaried role, the Vice President of Engineering will lead a team of developers to enhance final mile logistics and supply chain operations, collaborating closely with the CTO and other stakeholders to implement technology vision and ensure project alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CTO to create and implement a technology vision
• Own the rollout and continuous evolution of AI-augmented software development lifecycle
• Recruit and retain top-tier product delivery talent while supervising technical leads

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in full-lifecycle software development
• At least 10 years of experience as a software development contributor
• Proven track record of successful business results and deep engineering development skills
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, Redis, and NoSQL systems
• Experience in a hyper-growth or scaling tech start-up environment
