Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

As the senior-most engineering leader, the full-time remote Vice President of Engineering will manage Pindrop's core platforms and cross-product capabilities, driving the strategy and execution of a multi-cloud platform and real-time risk engine to protect major enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Pindrop's core platform, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Shape the engineering culture and processes while enhancing talent hiring and development across product teams
• Collaborate with the Chief Architect to adapt technical vision and principles for evolving architectures

Required qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in building and supporting application platforms or infrastructure, with significant leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead a large technology organization of 30 or more individuals with director-level reports
• Extensive understanding of cloud infrastructure and data technologies, particularly AWS and GCP
• Demonstrated experience in building and scaling technology organizations in growth-phase companies
• Strong knowledge of multi-cloud deployment strategies
