Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

To drive a new venture-scale opportunity in the CAM space, the full-time salaried Vice President of Engineering will own the development, launch, and scale-up of innovative technology, managing a team of software engineers and collaborating with stakeholders to align product vision with commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define the technology architecture required for market introduction of a novel CAM product
• Develop and implement a technology transfer strategy from R&D to final product
• Manage all elements of the software development process and directly oversee a team of software development engineers

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in leading the development of highly technical engineered software products
• A master's degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent experience
• Strong full stack fundamentals with the ability to review complex merge requests
• Prior experience in CAD/CAM or a related 3D space
• Advanced knowledge of modern architecture, AI tooling, applications, and trends
