Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the engineering function in a fully remote capacity, the Vice President of Engineering will develop and execute the engineering strategy, oversee infrastructure and application systems, and build a high-performing team to support the company's growth and product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute engineering strategy aligned with company objectives and provide technical insights to the executive team
• Own the architecture of data infrastructure and application systems while ensuring scalability and reliability
• Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, including leadership of engineering teams
• Proven ability to take initiatives from architecture through to production
• Experience architecting and operating scalable systems and data infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or PhD preferred
• Track record of recruiting and retaining senior engineering talent
