Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

Seeking an ambitious and resourceful Vice President of Engineering, this full-time remote position will lead the engineering organization through rapid growth, focusing on team building, execution lifecycle management, and technical strategy to deliver a world-class SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and develop top engineering talent while designing a scalable organizational structure
• Own the engineering execution lifecycle, implementing agile processes to ensure high-quality delivery across multiple pods
• Partner with executive leadership to define and execute the long-term technical vision and oversee key architectural decisions

Required qualifications:

• Experience in shipping a fully-built, customer-facing AI agentic solution
• Proven success in scaling an engineering organization in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
• Significant experience managing geographically distributed engineering teams, with a preference for India-based teams
• Deep technical credibility in modern cloud architectures (GCP/AWS), APIs, and microservices
• Experience implementing key engineering processes leading to measurable improvements in predictability and quality
