Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a globally distributed engineering organization, the full-time salaried Vice President of Engineering will oversee product engineering for Gym, Studio, and Enterprise platforms, driving AI-enabled software development lifecycle transformation and ensuring operational excellence across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering across Gym, Studio, and Enterprise product areas, ensuring clear ownership and execution
• Drive AI-enabled software development lifecycle adoption and improve operational health and delivery predictability
• Develop and coach engineering leaders while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering leadership experience, including managing multiple teams or product areas
• Experience as a VP, Senior Director, or equivalent in a SaaS or complex multi-product environment
• Proven ability to lead organizational transformation and operational improvement in engineering
• Experience managing globally distributed engineering teams across multiple regions
• Strong technical judgment in architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and engineering productivity
