Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary

Transforming the technology landscape, the remote Vice President of Engineering will lead a high-performing engineering organization, focusing on AI-enabled modernization, strategic architecture, and operational excellence across software and hardware platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-performing engineering organization while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
• Drive the adoption of AI-native engineering practices and modern software delivery methodologies
• Partner with executive leadership to define and execute the long-term technology vision and engineering roadmap

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive software engineering experience with a strong technical foundation
• 8+ years of experience leading multi-team engineering organizations, including management of managers
• Prior experience as VP of Engineering or in senior engineering leadership roles within high-growth technology companies
• Demonstrated success in modernizing platforms and driving operational transformation initiatives
