Job Summary
To lead and scale a global engineering organization, the full-time remote Vice President of Engineering will drive the technology vision, build high-performing teams, and deliver scalable AI products while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the engineering strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business goals
- Build, lead, and scale high-performing global engineering teams
- Drive architecture and delivery of AI/GenAI platforms, ensuring scalability and performance of enterprise SaaS products
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven experience leading engineering teams in high-growth SaaS or AI companies
- Strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices
- Experience building and scaling AI/GenAI systems (LLMs, RAG, NLP)
- Track record of delivering enterprise-grade products at scale
